Join us!
Clean Green Action meets at 4 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month at McMillan Library in Wisconsin Rapids. (No meetings from June-August.) All are welcome!

**NOTE: With Covid, currently we're meeting via Zoom. To get the Zoom link, email us at  cleangreenaction@gmail.com. Bring your input, ideas and dreams for a sustainable community. 
Calendar of Events - Celebrate Earth Day year round!
  • ​No Mow May information and activities - Tuesday,  May 3, 4-5:30 pm in the all-purpose room of McMillan Library. Bird City will have an information table.
  • Sandhill Wildlife Area Open House - Saturday, May 14, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Visit the Store and enjoy lunch on premises. Schedule of events:
    • 8 am-Noon Birding Tour led by Art Stevenson; 
    • 10:30 am Wagon Tour I of Wildlife Area;
    • 11 am  Turtles presentation by Rebecca Cristofel;
    • 12:30 pm  Wagon Tour II of Wildlife Area;
    • 1 pm  Turtles presentation by Rebecca Cristofel;
    • Children's activities include: Making a button,   scavenger hunt, ID pond life & how to use binoculars.
  • 31st Annual Energy Fair: June 24-26, 2022 - Organized by the Midwest Renewable Energy Association, the Energy Fair is celebrating 31 years of bringing people together to learn about sustainability and clean energy, connect with others, and take action toward a sustainable future. It features educational workshops, clean energy & sustainable living exhibitors, events for the whole family, a Clean Energy Career Fair, live music, food, and fun all weekend long!
